Do not turn a walk into an experiment
An unusual sound, message or feeling of assistance is easy to describe as “something is wrong”. That phrase does not explain what happened. Stop experimenting and bring use to a safe end in accordance with your model’s instructions. Do not recreate an unwanted situation just to film it.
This article helps organise information for a request, not diagnose a fault. It does not replace the manual, a service assessment or a decision on whether use can continue.
Identify the model before describing the problem
Copy the full model name from the device or paperwork: X Pro, for example, rather than just Hypershell. The official downloads page lists separate manuals for X Series and X Series (S). A similar name does not make another model’s procedure applicable.
Include the event date and app or firmware version if already known. Do not install an update speculatively just to provide “newer” details in an email. Mark information you do not have as unknown.
Separate observations from conclusions
A useful note answers three questions: what you were doing beforehand, what you saw or heard, and what you did next. Keep the exact message rather than paraphrasing it from memory. Say whether this was the first occurrence, without treating coincidence as a cause.
“A message appeared after I pressed the button” describes a sequence. “The motor has failed” makes a diagnosis. Without confirmation, leave that assessment to a specialist. This distinction helps even if the issue turns out to be a setting rather than a fault.
Make photos informative, not intrusive
If useful, attach a clear photo of the message or a visible part of the device. Do not dismantle the housing for a picture. Check the background before sending: a home address, bystanders, payment details and login codes do not help explain exoskeleton behaviour.
Where to ask and what to keep
The official Contact page lists support@hypershell.tech for pre-sales and after-sales enquiries. If you bought from a local seller, ask about its service procedure and have your purchase document ready. This is not a promise of warranty coverage: terms depend on the particular purchase.
Keep your request and the reply together. If the next step is unclear, ask for clarification rather than changing several settings at once. A well-prepared description cannot guarantee a quick reply, but it avoids having to reconstruct the story from scratch.
